Swedish Massage

  • The Swedish Massage is generally a full body experience and is often referred to as a general relaxation massage. The goal is to promote relaxation while relieving tension in the body. The massage therapist will use light to medium pressure with fluid and longer strokes.
  • 30 Minute Session – $50
  • 60 Minute Session – $90
  • 90 Minute Session – $135

Deep Tissue Massage

From $50
  • A Deep Tissue Massage is generally considered to be more treatment based with focus on areas that have been either injured, or are problematic with muscle adhesions. Usually, the goal is to treat one or more areas during the session and can include firm and pinpointed pressure. It is not uncommon for the massage therapist to use the forearms, elbows, or thumbs to help reduce muscle adhesions.

Chair Massage

  • For this service you are in a seated position, your face and head are in a cradle at a downward angle. There is an armrest to keep your arms comfortable during the process. The massage therapist uses kneading motions, forearms, as well as acupressure to relax the muscles.
  • Attention to Employers: we can offer chair massage events at your location. This is a great perk to offer for your employees to help keep repetitive strains and injuries away. For booking an event we graciously ask for a 90 day notice of your event.
